SUBMISSIONS
Freefall Entertainment is seeking talented artists and writers in the Greater Toronto Area to produce mature-theme comics and graphic novels. Please read below for specifications:
Artists
We are looking for artists who have:
1. A firm grasp of drawing (anatomy, perspective, design, composition and lighting) and an awareness of colour theory.
2. A thorough understanding of characterization, story-telling (no pin-ups!) and cinematography.
3. A unique style and approach to art! We encourage experimentation of mixed media such as paint (oil, acrylic, watercolour, gouache, etc.) and dry media (charcoal, coloured pencil, pastel, marker). We are currently not interested in producing anything completely digital.
Writers
Freefall is looking for writers with an understanding of the three act structure to serve one of the following functions:
1. Writing plots for graphics novels, and miniseries.
2. Completing full scripts from provided outlines.
3. Writing full-scripts.
4. Writing and Illustrating full stories.
Digital Personnel
Freefall is not looking for any digital personnel at this time. Please check back later.
